Jacquelline manages and oversees conferences and symposiums hosted by leading research universities across the Asia Pacific, including APRU governance meetings, the APRU Distance Learning and the Internet conference, APRU CIO conference and the Brain and Mind in Asia/Pacific Research Symposium.  Her work in the APRU Secretariat includes financial, audit and legal compliance.  

Jacquelline has served on various committees and task forces in the university under the Office of the President since joining NUS in 2000.  She set up the Centre for Testing and Assessment Pte. Ltd., a company affiliated to NUS that implemented and conducted SATs, admissions tests for high school students seeking to gain entry into universities in Singapore and elsewhere.  She was the Centre’s Assistant Director before joining APRU full-time in 2005.
